J.J. is an attorney in the Seattle office of Betts, Patterson & Mines. He is a member of the Litigation group, the Transactional group, and the Insurance Defense group, with an emphasis on complex procedural issues.

J.J. earned his B.A. in Political Science at Western Washington University and his J.D. at Penn State Law, where he graduated cum laude. Prior to attending law school, J.J. worked as a technician in commercial aviation, repairing the oxygen systems on commercial aircraft.

In his free time, J.J. enjoys building, disassembling, and repairing computers. He also enjoys tennis, cooking, and cheering for the Seahawks.
