Betts Patterson Mines has represented a wide variety of nursing home and adult care facilities in claims involving malpractice, abuse, neglect and employment practices. The facilities have ranged from private large scale operations to nonprofits, church affiliated institutions and small family run operations. Our goal is to identify any exposures early, resolve those matters promptly and aggressively defend those cases in which there is no liability exposure. We have prevailed in motions for summary judgment dismissing complaints and resolved other cases through aggressive defense and follow-up mediations to the satisfaction of our clients.
