Betts Patterson and Mines P.S. is pleased to announce the election of Anne Cohen to Shareholder and Kara Tredway to Director, effective January 1, 2021.
Anne Cohen joined the firm’s Portland office in January of 2019 and has a multi-state practice that specializes in the defense of complex, multi-party litigation in an insurance defense context.
Kara Tredway joined the firm’s Insurance Coverage group in 2017. Ms. Tredway’s practice consists primarily of the representation of insurance carriers in coverage and extra-contractual matters, including defending claims relating to common law bad faith, negligence, the Consumer Protection Act, and the Insurance Fair Conduct Act (“IFCA”).
