David Minnitti is a fifth-generation Washingtonian, born and raised in Seattle, WA and is a graduate of Western Washington University, where he earned a BA in Economics.

David’s passion for law and commitment to the local community led him to attend the University of Washington School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor with a concentration in Dispute Resolution.  During law school, David volunteered in the Mediation Clinic where he facilitated settlements in claims court disputes as well as federal employment discrimination cases.

In addition to his clinical work, David served as class representative and was instrumental in co-founding the UW branch of First-Generation Lawyers, an organization dedicated to supporting students who are the first in their family to pursue a legal career.

David joins Betts Patterson & Mines P.S. as a member of the Insurance Defense Practice Group.
