Betts, Patterson & Mines, P.S. is pleased to announce that it has added a new executive director, as well as two new attorneys.
Cel Davis has joined the firm as the Executive Director. With 20+ years of experience, Ms. Davis is a highly organized business leader with an extensive skill set developed through experiences as a law firm administrator, marketing director and small business owner. Ms. Davis received her MBA from Texas State University.
Mark W. Tyson has joined the firm as a defense litigation attorney. Mr. Tyson has experience handling a variety of disputes, including product liability, professional liability, personal injury, premises liability, and others. After finishing law school, he served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Stephen J. Dwyer at Division One of the Washington State Court of Appeals. Owing in large part to this experience, Mr. Tyson seeks out and enjoys handling appellate matters as part of his defense practice. Mr. Tyson earned his J.D. from the University of Washington, School of Law in 2013.
Jeffrey M. Dore has joined the firm as a defense litigation attorney. Mr. Dore focuses his practice on complex civil litigation. Before the firm Mr. Dore defended clients ranging from taxi-cab drivers and trucking companies in personal injury matters to general contractors, subcontractors, and homeowners’ association board members in construction defect disputes. Mr. Dore earned his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 2011.
