Litigation Legal Assistant
We are seeking a Complex Litigation Legal Assistant (Legal Secretary) with a minimum of three years experience. Knowledge of and experience with insurance defense cases preferred. Litigation Associate
We are seeking WA-licensed, general civil litigation associate with a minimum of three years of professional experience. The successful candidate must have outstanding verbal, writing, research and analytical capabilities, demonstrated ability as an independent thinker and self-starter, a strong work ethic, an excellent academic record, and solid references. Litigation experience should include in-depth experience with discovery, depositions, writing briefs, some motion/courtroom practice, settlement negotiations and trial preparation.
