Litigation Legal Assistant


We are seeking a Complex Litigation Legal Assistant (Legal Secretary) with a minimum of three years experience.  Knowledge of and experience with insurance defense cases preferred.  Successful candidates will have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task, solid references, and will be highly organized.  We offer a competitive salary, exceptional benefits and the opportunity to build a solid legal career. 



  

Litigation Associate


We are seeking WA-licensed, general civil litigation associate with a minimum of three years of professional experience. The successful candidate must have outstanding verbal, writing, research and analytical capabilities, demonstrated ability as an independent thinker and self-starter, a strong work ethic, an excellent academic record, and solid references. Litigation experience should include in-depth experience with discovery, depositions, writing briefs, some motion/courtroom practice, settlement negotiations and trial preparation.



Insurance Coverage Associate

We are seeking applicants for an associate attorney position in our insurance coverage group.  Applicants must be licensed in Washington, have completed at least six years civil practice, and have significant experience in insurance coverage and bad faith analysis and litigation.  Having the following experience will enhance a candidate’s chances for consideration:  admission to practice in OR, ID, MT or UT; experience in construction defect coverage issues; experience with responding to institutional discovery and related disputes; in litigating bad faith cases stemming from personal lines claims; or experience in defending directors and officers in suits against nonprofit corporations.
