Brandon Carroll focuses on commercial litigation and business transactions, with an emphasis on real estate, construction, product liability, and contract claims.  He represents–in and out of court–privately held mid-sized entities, as well as publicly-traded companies, and high net-worth individuals.  Mr. Carroll is a member of the firm’s construction and business transaction practice groups.

In addition to his courtroom experience, Mr. Carroll regularly negotiates various commercial transactions.  He has extensive experience drafting purchase-and-sale agreements, leases, and other secured transactions.

Mr. Carroll formerly worked as commercial real-estate-agent for the Northwest’s largest commercial brokerage.  And, while at the Legal Action Center, he advocated for low-income tenants in all areas of landlord-tenant law.
